Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your WayAI account and the data associated with it. It applies to the WayAI mobile app (pro.wayai.app) and the WayAI web app.

Delete your account from the app

If you can sign in, this is the fastest way:

1. Open WayAI and go to your user settings (tap your avatar, then User Settings).
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. In the Danger Zone, choose “Delete account” and confirm.

Request deletion without signing in

If you can't access your account, email privacy@wayai.pro from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before we proceed.

What gets deleted

Your account and its associated data — your profile, conversations, messages, files, and authentication tokens — are permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During a short grace period you can cancel the deletion by signing back in. Some records may be retained longer only where required by law.
